All shipments are sent via Royal Mail’s Tracked service.
Standard shipping- Estimated 2 business days
Next Day Delivery - Estimated 1 business day
Processing Time
Our processing time is 2-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking information in a confirmation email.
Address Issues
If you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately via the contact page on earthtoellienaturals.co.uk. If your order has not yet been shipped we can fix the address for you. However, the package has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the address.
In the event that your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us and we can offer you a refund (minus the cost of shipping) or we can reship your order provided you cover the additional shipping cost.
If your shipping address is invalid or nonexistent at the time of shipment, we will contact you to obtain an updated shipping address. If we do not receive a response within 72 hours there will be an automatic cancellation of the order.

Because our products are crafted for one-time use we do not accept returns. We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything looks off—whether it’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered—please reach out to us promptly and we’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Cancellations & Refunds
Need to cancel your order? No problem—just get in touch with us as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be processed if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
